We can draw an idea about the quality of service as most of the people are dissatisfied with the services in South City Hospital. But we have to think on the other side also, that the hospital is busy in the treatment of patients every moment inspite of low quality of services. Because the consistency of services are good. I found that they attend to our problems very fast and try to give us a solution atleast, I kept my expectations very low, and though I have experienced lack of communication in between the system of the hospital but I did not react, and they gradually came to realise and helped me. If we think only paying money is the only responsibility of we patients/ customers then situation will remain casual as usual. But if we bear with the system of the hospital gently then management will definitely think on the fact of dissatisfaction by a customer.
Worst hospital!! All they care about is money but the patients. No facilities for patient's attendents. Dirty.!! No good doctors. SMCH is way better. Better facilities, best doctors.
The worst hospital of Silchar is south city after madical. If you just go for check-up then you should go but any other things there are many hospitals you can watch for them
From all these rude comments , I made my mind that I won't visit this hospital. I would like to suggest the management authority to teach your staff to be being polite and humane, because sometimes the sympathy and emotions is much more essential then medicine.
Absolutely horrendous! no care for the patients and all they care is to engulf money from patients. 7PM and no one in the cashier/discharge counter. Night staff at the reception are pathetic. Rooms are aweful!!! It can go on and on Overall, the staff lacks compassion, care and most important, medical attitude! Please refrain from visiting....
