We are paying property tax on time but sorry to say vmc people are not providing services as per they charged. If we are not able to pay bills on time they charged penalties but what if vmc people not provide services on time?? Very bad and government need to privatize this sector also. Online complaint service is also off so no one can send complaints. Other wise they'll receives number of complaints that they can't believe.
Procedure for new enrollment /update for aadhaar card :- 1)they give token in morning at 9.30 am max 50 token per day and for that you have to stand in line. Usually line start at 7am ,the early you are ,early is the chance of getting your turn. 2) after token you have to wait for 1,2 hour as per your turn for form filling .The gov appointed official will fillup the form ,you dont have to fill up by yourself. 3) after form fillup again you have to wait in line for biometric or necessary changes in aadhar card or for new enrollment . 4) They will callup the name as per form fillup line.So usually these whole process will take 4,5 hour per max .So be prepared to stand in line.
Poor maintenance and extremely dirty place
Highly disorganised place. In the world of digital era, these govt officials still calling everyone at 6:00 am and make them wait till 4:00 PM, just to get the address updated in Aadhar Card. No proper system to allocate token number or seating arrangement for people. Attitude of government officials is as if they are doing a favour to people by doing their own job for which they are getting paid for.
You can come here during 9:00am to 10:00am to submit the form for aadhaar enrolment/ correction.
