Best place for entering the railway station. If you left your house late for railway station during the traffic hour then please prefer this side entrance. You might get a options of reaching the station on time and catch your train. The only issue of entry this side railway station is that you have to cross most of the platform because most of express stops at other side of the railway station entrance. If you don't have much luggage and you are already late then prefer this side of entrance. Anyways you are quite smarter to make your choice.
