My wife had a minor Surgery an year ago, after a few months both of us took Covishield vaccine here and now wife again had a medical emergency this week and got admitted. They have given special care due to her condition and got the best treatment which helped a speedy recovery. On all these occasions, we were very much impressed by their service. Doctors, Nursing staff and Technicians are really good and professional.
I visited B&B hospital casuality on 8/Jan/2022 at 9.9am and was very disappointed by the way the doctor treated the patient.When patients visit the hospital for emergency situations if this is the way of behavior by the doctors it is really pathetic.The doctor wasnt able to understand the problem and gave some wrong medicines and we had to go to other hospital for the same.Hope this will not happen to anyone else. Management,kindly consider this issue.

I have gone to this hospital for vacation, they are quick and very professional. The service of the staff and health associates are good. This is located near Thrikkakara Temple, parking cars can be a bit tough inside the building, there is some space available outside on the road. The hospital and its surrounding area are very clean and well maintained.
The general medicine department is least bothered about issues of the patient and while taking the case history they are criticizing the doctors consulted before. At least we must keep the dignity of same profession by correcting not by criticizing. Had a bad experience.
