Having booked 9am slot for covid vaccination, there was no sign of proceedings until recipients started asking questions to the reception and finally it started around 9.40am. Proper signages to indicate where should people assemble, get their jabs and rest for 30 minutes could have been handled better. With an impeccable history of health care, expected a bit more seamless arrangement
I did a Rtpcr test there .As per the government regulation, it should be 500 .But they charged 635 for it.i questioned them,even I did not get any proper explanation. I also not sure about the usage of n95 mask for each patient .such a worst experience.
