The hospital and it’s facilities are par excellence. The human connect and the professional acumen of the team Apollo is commendable. Every visit of mine has been useful and well attended to. I strongly recommend Apollo against any other equivalent hospital in Delhi.
Visited for Covid test. Overall system needs upgrade. 1. There are 2 interactions with staff before testing- one for billing and another for noting down details before testing. 2. Lady before testing works with mobile whereas hospital can provide her laptop / tab to speed up process. 3. There is no queue management system. Instead of forcing patients to stand in long queue, allocate a number / ticket number and call patients as per number.

Very high facilities with expensive and maximum medical equipment.. highly educated and experienced doctor. Location is very clear and nearby road are well maintained. Parking facilities also available here. Supportive staff and educated
