Super speciality hospital
Happy to pay double, if you can provide a couple of tissue paper at this hospital. Asked 4 counters and pharmacy. No one cares. Went out to buy it. Last 10 years visiting Aster Mims In Dubai
Kottakkal only has got a couple of hospitals and this is the best one in terms of facilities, but these guys are taking advantage of the lack of competition. The staff and administration lacks kindness, empathy and ethics and exhibit rude behaviour towards the people, I myself had many experiences, the doctor's think that they are the experts and gets offended when we question them. The leader in their cardiology department once rudely told us that "You can go elsewhere if you wish, we have got so many patients" when asked for a second opinion about doing angeogram for my grandmother! 😡
The hospital is well maintained and the credit goes to the cleaning staff. My doctor is excellent and does his work with expertice. The nurses who attended on me before, during and after my surgery were extremely friendly. Special mention must be given to Dr. FAISAL IQBAL who has been very friendly and supportive. Teena Sr.and Mrs.Rajasree have given me a lot of care. Thank you to the whole team at Aster 🙏
