I don’t prefer this hospital for any extent especially the casualty When i came here for casualty treatment the whole staffs were making to much noise when am under treatment They were making discussion very loudly n laughing about their family matters and they don’t even consider the patient mentality See the most of the patient needs quiet atmosphere when they were under medical treatment The front desk madam I don’t remember her name she have to be polite to the bystander You guys are appointed to serve the people most of the people don’t know the hospital procedures. The casualty is not maintained well Lack of cleanliness Lack of nursing staff ( so many staffs were there but they were busy with their colleagues talks) Please be professional Its not the place for loose talks keep it in mind Casualty Incharge Dr…. Be a doctor don’t go for these kind of loose talks with nursing staff 07-11-21

very rude staff who was sitting there to take Bp. she doesn't know how to speak politely. Management should teach her how to speak. Iam definitely going to complain to the police otherwise
We had a very bad experience on 26th Sept 2021 when we went for our PCR tests. The staff was very rude and the results provided were wrong. Later we had to verify from two other places to confirm our correct results. This is to bring the management’s notice. Such kind of lack of professionalism isn’t expected from a reputable institution like this.
