Few days back i had visited ktct hospital with sever fever and head ache, that too at night 11:45 pm. I was really surprised to see the enthusiasm of all the staffs even at that time of the day. From the security person who had helped me to park my car to the duty doctor Noufal sir who had treated me, i would like to thank them for their wonderful service & treatment. By the grace of almighty God i am perfectly fine now :)
We did the circumcision surgery for our son (9/1/2022). We had very bad service with the staffs. Please give advise your staffs ,How to treat the patients and their bystander. It will be greatly effect the future of hospital .
Was admitted under Dr noufal.. Sir explained condition in detail.. Was happy with service received except for waiting time in front of pharmacy & canteen
Very unprofessional management....keeping unusual time for a doctor and staffs which they won't be able to handle..... Time is precious for everyone.... management should make a proper schedule for doctors nurse and pharmacist... Very poor time Management...
Staffs are not professional. They don't know how to manage patients and provide services. Even in paediatric department, i had to wait with my 40 days old kid for more than 2 hour in this pandemic time. The doctor comes and consult a kid and goes out. After 2 hours I went to another hospital. Good thing is they reimbursed me the OP ticket charge. Not at all a good experience. Never recommend this hospital.
