I have a cash less insurance and i've apply but it took 2days to get discharged. Many people were working in day time but They are very neglected, careless, Rude, Don't even know how to talk with Customer and most importantly they doesn't know how to send mail. Whenever i go and asked to them. Has it done or no!??They said everything was done from our side but nothing was done. Our insurance department had requested them to send one document from the hospital. That they took 15hrs to send the mail which we can be done by within a minute. They had send the mail. We are waiting for the approval from our insurance side. After 4/5hrs we kept on asking them to check if it was done or not. They said Everything done. But they haven't received any mail from the hospital. Which mean They (St John hospital) had send it to some other mail or wrong mail. Whoever concerned for insurance department please look into this because of this i have to pay one day extra.Also whenever i go and check the thing in day time they didn't take it seriously. Most of the things i had done with the night shift guys. 5 star for night shift. 0 star for day shift.
Earlier I had a good opinion on hospital seeing their rural health programs. Once I admitted my baby in hospital seen real horror cinema inside. 1. Started with Emergency .. A pediatric doctor in emergency ward have no patience to listen to us and her treatment is very rude.. What ever we ask she was shouting like a dog ( sorry I need to use this word.. Because she hurted us in that way). 2. At last after 3 hrs shifted to ward.. Here again same with doctors and nurses.. No one is having patience and we should not ask any questions on treatment. If questioned means they will start barking.. 3. We lost our patience and in mid of treatment took discharge and shifted to baptist hospital. 4. And finally parking fees.. They are looting people like anything.. They charge in hourly basis. Every hour parking fess keep on adding. Be careful.. As per my experience.. Baptist Hospital is far more better, compared to Treatment, facility, staff , Charges.
Worst hospital experience ever. For a private hospital the services are pathetic, unacceptably rude doctors. Waste of time and efforts. This is what a failed system looks like!

It's is the worst hospital in the world pls don't admit any patients for treatment they will kill your family people within a day humble request form my side pls don't additmte any of your family members
