Its good hospital in Margoa area. I had undergone for Left Kidney DJ Stunting by Dr.Shailesh Kamath(Urologist) he seems well experienced in his field. Staff are good in behavior and Helpful. Inhouse Canteen i.e Kishmish Royal Cafetera serves tasty and Hygenic food for both patients and hopsital staff and Outsiders.
All the Doctors, Nurses and all the staff are very polite, helpful and courteous. Hospital has a very good medical facilities, clean and hygienic. All the doctors and nurses are well qualified and experienced in their diagnosis and their duties. Round the clock medical facilities are available . We Wish them all the very best of success in all their future endeavours.
This is wrost hospital in Margao.. Today visited with negative antigen report still they not given me medicine... Doctor were behaving like, if a person is having fever, they are human bomb... I have never seen such inhuman doctor in my life... We generally considered doctors as God but for me the Doctor of this Hospital are devils... उनके लिए आदमी मार जाए चाहे, उनको कुछ फर्क नही पड़ता।
Very crowded, no social distancing. No hand sanitizer. Entrance way covered in small rags that are slip, trip and fall hazards for any patient, especially if the patient has mobility issues. Staff will not speak to elderly patients, they keep addressing the relatives as though the patient is not infront of them. They do not treat the elderly with dignity. Consultant asked for nurse to assist in dressing change. 10 minutes later still waiting for nurse to appear. Consultant had to go and find nurse. No sheet for modest, no peroxide for dressing changes, no sterile gloves. He had to ask for a pair of sterile gloves, 1 pair brought and 1 glove tore when trying to put them on. Dressing changed wearing 1 sterile glove only!!!! On paying the bill I was asked to replace the gloves!!!!!! I am happy to pay for the gloves. Why must I replace it and from where shall I run to find a pair of sterile gloves????
Dr. Rajeshwar Naik is a very professional empathetic and down to earth doctor. His diagnosis is extremely good and his treatments are very effective as well. He is the best cardiologist in town! The services provided at the hospital are up to the mark. The staff and nurses are very polite and helpful too.
