100percent satisfaction with this hospital and staffs... Very good environment... We are little bit suffered previous days but nowdays we are very happy to see these new changing environment.. Thank you
Treatment of doctor is very good. Nurses are quite competent, professional, friendly and helpful. Other staffs are also cordial. Billing procedure is extremely slow and management gives hardly any attention towards this even after several complaints.
Good hospital for cancer treatment. Experienced and compassionate medical practitioners having primary focus on patient's health. Nursing staffs are also very cooperative. Cleaning and housekeeping activities are excellent.
This hospital has the most rude staff. The nurse and junior doctors least supportive. There is such a huge gap between doctors and nurse. I would suggest to go to some better hospital because the way they treat will definitely cause degradation of patient. The house keeping won't be available, the nurse will be busy in themselves and the Junior doctor won't consult the doctor and keep on giving wrong direction. The Superintendent himself is quiet rude and so as the security guards. They have the worst emergency care. The rooms and bathrooms are too dirty . Admission and discharge process is just lame and slow. The power goes down in every 15 minutes. And the power backup is just a joke. Only doctors are little good but better go to other hospital as you will get those doctors in other hospital or their clinic. It is the worst hospital for sure.
We came for the Pet CT scan of my mother. Staffs were cordial and cooperative. The way their team deals with cases is appreciable. Don’t be in hurry as it is a time taking test.
