Helpful and due care provided. Nurses need to be a little more involved and pro active. Extremely clean and sanitized.
I am really shocked by the the rude behavior of the nurses in 302 ward on 3 floor. It hurts no politeness at all. As a nurse they need to take care of patience but only shouting in the ward there are patience resting but lot of disturbance because of the nurses. Even the night shift nurse is totally rude. I don't know how government of goa is recruiting this kind of nurses. Some of them no knowledge at all. I am sorry if this things are going on. I can say 3/4 of the staff is sleeping if you are at the job and you are getting paid you need to work not sleep at the work place. When we came to the casualty I saw the reception sleeping than we just took the patient inside 2 of the nurse including the guy helping sleeping . Very bad I would like the director or the state government to follow up
Very bad behaviour special they need a proper management for casualty section should increase doctor in time of need nurses and doctors should learn to talk with patient properly. rude behaviour towards relative should not be there. They need to take care of patients as they come.
sample was collected for RT-Pcr and no receipt was given both in form of paper and sms and they told it will take atleast three days for report but after three days also no report came . when the helpline was contacted they gave website of icmr to check but still no update on that webisite also. later after reaching the hospital to enquire about the issue they sent to lab and when enquired they told its negative verbally and no report was given but when report was asked they sent back to testing centre near all the person who came for testing and they started telling no testing for travellers done here. but when they were taking the samples it was clearly mentioned for travelling in the form. and the person who was doing the registration told it may take three days. but it got updated in ICMR later when enquired at lab. and now they are saying go to private hospital if report is required. star rating for the staff is 5 star
I had done a RT-PCR Test on 07/01/2022 and it has been four days as of today thats 10/01/2022 and still i havent received any report or response about the results. So ashamed of the service provided by the hospital
