Excellent hospital and experienced Doctors. Hospital has all facilities and not a money minded. Staff members are co-operative and taking care of patient very well. Thanks for all your support and services provided to me.
Its one of the worst hospital that i have ever seen. It has only advantage that the main doctors are good but others are below average. In this commercial world it offers very less value for money service.
Good hospital,most of my relatives and friends had admitted here and hospital team had taken care them very well.Even I had admitted my father on minor injury,doctors are really good and provided proper advise on the patient situation. My father is really doing well after his surgery. Sisters, brothers and ward boys(Girish and staff) are really helpful and they speak with the patients softly, very co-operative and lively too. Great Hospital would say over all. But on the final day of the hospitalization, the person -Insurance Co-Ordinator, I met him at the insurance desk. I would like to bring this notice to hospital management people. I am really upset on the below points would request you to please consider this and if possible take some actions. 1.This person(Insurance coordinator) has not made eye to eye contact when I went on my query, which is not so welcoming to the conversation and first impression built very badly on him. 2.The next step when I asked him where is the other person who is not available at the time (other insurance coordinator) , since he is not so interested to answer, has not got the proper information on that too. 3.In the third step he was not interested to listen to me at all, infront of all the public who gathered at the counter,he has started talking to me so rudely. I felt like as if I am begging him some favor out of him and also embarrassing too. What ever it might be the query since it is a service rendered industry we would like to have some polite manners from all the staff of the hospital. 4.Apart from this person Insurance Co-Ordinator,all of the staffs are soft spoken people, listen to us and responds quicly,soomtly and also politely. 5.And also I would like to thank Mr. Nagraj( the another insurance coordinator) who helped me a lot in each and every step of the insurance process till we discharge from the hospital. They accept appointments for vaccination on Cowin portal but when you go there as per schedule, vaccines will not be there. Poor management for sure.
Worst hospital. Even patients at emergency ward are not being taken care properly. Simply made us to wait for 2 hrs without giving any information on doctor availability. Please do not visit this hospital.
