I don't have an option to rate a negative value, that is the reason for one star. I have had two bad experiences from here. 1. I went here a few months back for the RTPCR test for my mother. After the test they let us know they will send the result after one day. I waited for one day and there was no response. So I called here and said waiting for the result and said my mother's name and bill number. The person who attended the call was behaving suspiciously, like she doesn't have any idea about the collected sample, after checking their system. They asked me a lot of questions to make sure it is RTPCR and told me the result was negative. But still, I feel fishy in the behavior. 2. Two days back, I got a slot for my second dose vaccination here. The person in the vaccination reception was collected my name. He was a rude person, maybe because of work stress, I saw he was shouting at an old woman. I went there without having breakfast and waited nearly one hour. He called the name of all people except me and was vaccinated. I went to the counter and asking him why my name is not called. He said a vaccination vail can be open only if 11 people are present for vaccination. And it needs 8 more people to reach that count. I wonder why I wasn't informed of this before and I asked him the same. He said that is the GOVT rule. I don't know how it answered my question. My total experience is bad from this place. I didn't go there to see a doctor. So I am not aware of that part.
To be able to Reach here is bit difficult because it's bit away from the Highway...
