Very Clean and relaxing, my test reports always come early. The vaccination staff are courteous and friendly, and the process went smoothly. Proper and wide seating areas with enough cooling systems. A suggestion I would make is that the Ground Floor receptionist sitting in the counter could be more clear while giving instructions, when i asked her she just mumbled and started talking with the other staff while i just stood there awkwardly. But the attendants standing were very informative and easy to approach. They instructed me properly and helped me with the directions and procedure. So 5 stars for them.

Called them for 2 days continuously to get confirmation that report of RT PCR will be provided on same day at Rs 1400. Sample collected in morning but even after numerous calls didn’t receive any report till late night. The report was mandatory to get emergency hospital admission. Will never again avail their pathetic services Edit and update: The phone number mentioned by you is wrong. I had given both my number as well as my wife’s number to your person who came for home sample collection. He had noted the same on a piece of paper. Your team has updated wrong number. Also nobody is responding at Ultracare for your information
Highly professional and efficient. Helpful staff and technicians. I have been availing their services for many years and they are trustworthy, resourceful and professional. The centre is spotlessly clean and their services are spot on!
The people are very cooperative, it's take hardly 5 minutes to complete all formalities. Less crowded properly arranged everything especially waiting area after vaccination. Happy to get vaccinated in this facility
