This hospital is not worth for a single star unprofessional down dignity and not respectful to patients . Just a simple procedure of earlobe stitch they make us waited from 2:30pm till 7pm with the answer dr is in OT will call once get free and around 7pm the MD Dr says that Dr Gill will be free after 4 more hours. That's the higher trigger for the patient of 72 years for just a simple procedure. Cheap behavior unethical Dr and staff .
I would not say hospital is worst, but My experience was worst with this hospital. Doctor and staff don’t want to listen the patients points. Canteen guy is ultimate, he sells items beyond the MRP. When I raised this point his wording was-“Beta ab to kahani khatam, lene se pehle mrp check kro”. 1) You can’t believe Single disposal charge 3 Rs. here. 2 rupe ka item 5 rupe me….LOL…… 2) If you have health insurance, they will not let you the rough estimation just try how much can be taken from TPA. 3) I just took the old experience of my relatives. As per them-“Emergency staff is rubbish, entire night no body came to monitor and when I was discharging they were asking tips”. I just thought-“boss jo doctor abhi kuch nhi sun rha hai or hyper ho rha h kuch puchne pr, wo koi complication ki condition me to kuch entertain nhi karega or bigad jayega.” And lot of things… And finally I hv decided to go with another hospital and got treatment and hospitality. I am just sharing my experience. Overall almost all hospitals has same conditions, so if you some time plz just investigate before final selection.
It is very bad experience with reception. They don't allow any digital transaction.
