In recent past, I have visited the Ozone Heights during my search for a flat. The environment, surroundings and well road connectivity has made me to take a quick decision and purchased one 3 BHK for my daughter. The staff at field as well as at Office are quiet approachable and well cooperative. Finally we have completed the purchase process including registration within 20 days. The only hope is that there is small piece of empty land belongs to Govt is existing in front of the Ozone project which is to be converted in to a park so that the name of Ozone suffice it. To conclude, it is a place to consider.
Construction of the society is happening at a very good pace, very happy with the progress. Awesome location - pace at which roads have been laid and ventures are coming around the surroundings has been awesome. Looking forward to more businesses / hospitals to be setup
Excellent layout and design. Talked to a sales person and heard all the details feels like residents will lead a cozy life.
