1- The first time registration experience was not that great. Really good doctors though. Some staffs are really good and helpful. Finding parking space is a pain as the hospital do not have much space. Overall, a good hospital with good doctors. 2- Very good Hospital. Efficient service. Affordable for all 3- Excellent setup. Neat & clean. Affordable for middle class. OP fee is very less. We met Dr CJ John, Dr T Sunil. Best Drs. Responsiv PRO. Helpful staff. Gud canteen. Prayer area provided. Hygienic toilet. Suggestions: It will be time saving if Drs are given pen tablet to write medical notes of patiens. Also will reduce time taken for file movement. Car parking arrangement not sufficient. Mainly for outstation patients. Suggested automated car parking like Lourdes Hosp at the earliest. 4- Remedy for every disease. Very helpful staffs. Very efficient and talented Medical professionals. 5- There is no system or order for anything and a long queue for everything.The behavior of the employees is arrogant and rude. There are a few great doctors. There is no standard for anything else. It took me 3 hours to move from the casualty to the room..and that too was decided after I went directly to the counter and asked a few times. staff is a group of people who have no coordination.
