My experience satisfactory.. Very friendly staff members and doctor.. Especially ENT dept. .. Dr Bhavya are approachable and friendly.. I also got proper care and timely attention during my diagnosis .Very grateful.
It was a good hospital earlier. But now it have only basic services I think only Ortho dep is good here now

Bitter experience by this hospital My wife took her first dose of Covid vaccination from this hospital on 19th Jun 21. The nurse seemed not experienced. She took the injection very near to the shoulder joint. Server pain was there while injection. Then she removed the syringe and said medicine was not injecting as the government supplied syringes are of poor quality. Then she took another syringe and again injected. Severe pain was there. She had shoulder pain and fever after the vaccination. Fever last only for 2 days, but the shoulder joint pain started increasing. After 2 weeks we contacted the PRO of this hospital and complained about the carelessness of the nurse, that caused the severe shoulder joint pain. She least bothered. Then we consulted another hospital and the doctor prescribed medicines. But the pain remained the same. Then she took the second dose of Covid vaccination from Poothotta CHC. Only normal pain was there during the injection. Body pain was there after the injection which last only for 2 days. The shoulder joint pain was increasing day by day and issues started affecting left arm movements. Then we consulted Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, Kakkanad. Now (7th Nov 21) the treatment here passed 2 weeks and movement is getting improved. Doctor is telling it will take another 2 months for complete recovery. All these issues happened only because of the carelessness of the nursing staff of Vimala hospital, which was suspected by 2 doctors, one English doctor and one Ayurveda doctor. We contacted 2 times Vimala hospital PRO / Chief Physician, but they had very poor response. They least bothered about the difficulties caused by the carelessness of their nursing staff. Our health is our most precious wealth. Please take care.
