I feel this like a second Home to Everyone, because the care, the love and the helpful mentality of each staff are valuable to every patients who all visit here. I think, other hospitals are jjst charging the double cost and not giving proper care to patients sometimes... Here i appreciate the whole staff, from Hospital Security staff, Receptionist, Nurses, Doctors, Caretakers and everyone who works there, because they provide us such a feel that we are not a patient and we are not admitted in a Hospital... The treatment and care was so memorable, important to us and it's an appreciable movement πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ

First visit to this Hospital, 19:00 hours. Excellent Staff, Nurse and Caring Doctor. Though, being the last to visit today for an urgent eye check up ( Conjunctivitis) when usually people are hurrying up to move home. We were Special for them 😊 Thank you Doctor and TeamπŸ‘ Will surely recommend this Excellent Eye Hospital 🀝 Ajit

Have had an appointment one time at this location and it was pleasant. The ladies in the front were very polite and doctor as well. Mrs Manju was very accommodating and helpful.

A very good eye hospital with excellent doctors. My entire family has been consulting here for years. However I struggle to get through them on phone for an appointment. I'm made to hold the line for a long time without success. And then I receive messages saying someone will call back. Which they really do.... The only problem being that whoever calls back does it as a mere formality. Just one ring and the call gets cut. Another message follows stating we tried to call you back without success. This whole process has been going on for a week now. I'm really getting frustrated. I'm only persisting because I trust the doctors here. Getting an appointment is just the first hurdle. Once there it is a whole days job to get the check up done. Please cut down on the number of appointments given to patients and avoid crowding and inordinate delays. And please pick up the phones!!!

We tried reaching out to the hospital on call almost 10 times, however, every time the call would get cut and we would receive the message that they will call back. But we never received a call back. Finally, when we got through, they asked to contact next day morning at 8 am and the same ordeal continued and no one picked up the call. So many people are getting dejected without getting contact. Please improve your customer care/ call center service.
