Good for emergency situation. Famous in operations cardiology 🫀 etc... Good service provider in medical field. I visited many times her bcs my uncle's operation block.. good care services. In top canteen also available. Sister like our sisters they studying patients very deeply and caring.
I came here for just a simple antigen test and some cardiac analysis for Anasthesia. Antigen test took almost 1 hour with just 4 people in front of us. The nurse at the station was writing something for quite a day long. After that we had to sit another hour. They told report will be ready in 10 minutes. And already 30 minutes passed since they said that. And we still have not consulted the doctor after reaching here at 10.30 in the morning. I don't know when this will end. Being stuck at hospital almost every day for various reasons, and here also for simple matter we are stuck for hours. It's not acceptable to wait simple test like this for quite long time. Hence rating low.
The hospital is really very nice with all kind of latest equipment to do testing and surgery. Doctors are very nice and good attitude.They are really loyal to tell us the fact about my mother disease and pros and cons of any kind of major surgery. Best part of the hospital is cleanliness. General word private rooms everywhere they do maintain very high cleanliness and sanity. The food served is hot and hygienic and takes care of the balanced diet that is required for patients.. Their team also good.. And better to serving food to the patients.. Canteen atmosphere is also good.. They do maintain very high class cleanliness and sanity. Canteen employees are very nice and good in behaviour and attitude.. Foods are good quality.. And they are keep to timemanagement... Am very much satisfied to their foods.. Thanks to micc..
For getting admission in the hospital, You have to wait atleast 3-4 hour's.. For Discharge it will take upto 7 hours to process.. A minimum of 5 hours I can assure you.. Find some other hospitals with same facilities.. That's Better.. Canteen is pathetic.. They'll not deliver any food even for patients at the correct time.. The worst food and highly priced hotel in Calicut..
