Been here for vaccination for my niece. The hospital and the staffs are good. What I didn't like at all is the arrangements for the payments. There are lots of different payments required for vaccination. We were running counter after counter to make payments for injection, medicine, vaccine, etc. Its was a chaos. This should be unified and the charges should be taken at once for all. Its not easy to walk around to pay for each penny at different counters back and forth. Otherwise I like rest everything. The parking was easy.
They take good care of their patients.Starting from car parking,the place is really full during mornings especially on Monday mornings..you may have to find parking outside the premises,there are about 4 car parking spots within and outside the hospital.They have a very good emergency response team and doctors.The hospital is well organised from bookings to consultations to pharmacy,Billings till the checkout.They have wheelchair facilities from the check-in area and from there onwards they take good care of their patients.The bill is also reasonable compared with the facilities you receive.The ICU bills and room bills are a bit costly .But the ward is good enough compared to many hospitals.They have excellent canteen,which serves top notch food and a cafe on first floor which hygienic and serves hot food.The hospital is very well planned and it is good to have such a great facility nearby your house.

A good hospital with almost all the facilities available. I see its a little costly compared with other Multi-specialty hospitals. Apart from that everything is fine you have all kind of specialist doctors available.
The OPD registration staff was polite but didn't guide us with information. Facilities are very good, doctors and nursing care were good.
