Multi specialized hospital with highly qualified doctors. Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staffs and doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Op doctor really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital even for all causality needs.
Crescent Hospital is one of Palakkad's premier multi-specialty hospitals. They guarantee high-quality care at a reasonable cost. I went to see Dr. Lonappan Sir (MD General Medicine) there. That was for my wife, who was suffering from severe diarrhoea. Dr. Lonappan's manner with us must be commended❤. When we initially met him, he had such amazing confidence , quite pleasant and helpful in restoring her health. The nursing staff is also quite helpful(c block)👍.I appreciate team crescent for their precious service to the community.
Waited for over 3 hours to do a check up with doctor. They follow token system, but allows everyone instead of following the queue. Worst management so far. Edit: second visit, doctor was late by 2 hours, waiting for last 3.30 hrs. Since there are not much hospitals around the place. We do not have much options. if possible visit some place other than crescent. Deeply disappointed We can understand if priority is given to emergency cases. However the token system followed doesn't make sense...it must have been first come first serve, else what's the point of token or booking system. If your doctors are delayed by an hour every time, can't expect this as emergency every time...looks like this s an excuse to dust away negative reviews rather than considering feedback to make the service better.
The worst experience. For getting rtpcr result. They didnt get it on time and also fail to pass the correct msg. 🥵
