Biggest hospital in Karunagappally with good infrastructure. However the management need improvements. Some senior retired doctor can be a good option for administration. No facility in night time except casuality service either for admission or rejection. The hospital still following the old paper file systems for patient records. Pharmacy service is very slow and need waiting time. Nursing staff are friendly and cooperative. Hospital having expert doctors for service
Very well set hospital with ample space for anything... Expert young aged and middle aged doctors who are so humble, dedicated and stupendous as well.Dr. Vinu Sankar, Dr. Vivek, Dr Sajith, Dr. ShibinSha, Dr. Sajjad, Dr. Krishna, Dr. Nandhu, Dr Anupama, Dr. Anilkumar, Dr. Shaheer Jahangir, Dr.Divine, Suja James Sister, Saumya Sister, Aishwarya Sister etc. etc. Sorry if I have left out some real worthier names. You all deserve a huge round of applause from the unfathomsble bottoms But staff nurses need to be improved a lot. Attenders are very ardent and sincere, especially Mr.Abdul Salam. Some Security staff (the ones in front of Emergency)have no idea what they are doing.. They are letting in 5 - 6 bystanders per patient as if a diarrhoea case is going to collapse in a couple of minutes. Security team as a whole must be changed. Hope the management will see to it.
Nice Hospital, Staff & Dr’s are experienced only issue is Hospital management, like this hospital there is no online or off line facility for appointments, once u reach hospital then only you get information that your Dr went to OT etc also when they will be back no informational while day u have to wait to get consultation. OPD timing should be allotted based on the availability of Dr, not as a ticket for collecting money.
