I happened to admit my Father in Heart hospital and found excellent Doctors team, nursing and supportive staffs were cooperative , polite and courtious. Though hospital infrastructure is old but treatment is excellent, ambiance is too good, hygiene and cleanliness is maintained. I have been provided quality services. I feel happy and proud for heart hospital of it's kind in the state of Bihar. I expect chains of heart hospital in coming future. Thank you Heart Hospital Team.
All the Consultants,Doctors, nurses and paramedics are excellent. Best Diagnosis and treatment available here as regards Cardiac Sciences.The behaviour of the counter staff is satisfactory.Cleanliness of rooms and toilet are very good. Very worst behaviour by hospital staff's , this Hospital so bad facilities , room's, bed's , nursing , hygiene maintenance , I can't suggest this any people , This one star I gave for ( Dr. Ashish jha or Dr.shishir Mishra )
I visited block c. The sitting area was dark and dirty. The staffs were super arrogant. They take 700 per patient but the doctor will give you only 60-120 seconds. The doctor doesn't even care looking at patient or talking to them. They have this note printing machine. Looks like some lala ki dukan,only care about money. The staffs will talk arroganty and shout if you question them or ask some issue. I think these people should check their own BP and cholesterol for their stress and mental issues. There was one tall bald old man wearing glasses who was taking prescription to the doctor , he shouted on my dad who is a very polite person with heart issues. When I asked him, he shouted on me as well. Unprofessional staffs and over money minded doctor.
This I gave too much one star ,, there was extremely rude behaviour by reception counter staff there are to old facilities , & Such points for i don't suggest this hospital . Verry dearty, rooms . Reception staff is so rud, they don't co-operate with any patient , if any patient ask any question they reply like monsters , . Hygiene maintenance is so third class or more down class . Patient toilets like road side govt toilet so smelling . Much more disadvantages you see when you visit this hospital
