This is a very good hospitals with efficient doctors... and highest no. of Corporate and TPA tie-ups. The management of this hospital is very good... The doctors are well behaved with patients and patient parties. I have a very good experience with this hospitals.
Good and excellent hospital ... Staffs are well behave and also doctors & nurses they all are very kind of behavior... Management are very supported.. All over it is a very good hospital in North Bengal.

This is not a hospital anymore, it's money swindling machine with ill mannered staff ,ill equipped in terms of service and quality. It has lost it's glory and failed from 10 to zero and if my count is right below zero to minus 10. It needs total revamping recruiting new talents and implement new changes to come back to serving the community.
They are jst doing business, it's not an hospital at all, specially the person at room 1, he don't know how to talk to a person. They will only treat u well when they have work from u( money) when it's over they don't have even time to listen to you, they are pathetic. I'll strongly recommend not to go on this hospital. If possible please raise a case against them about the market they are doing, and near by some other hospitals too. And I guess all the good reviews are also fake. If you care for your love one, don't think of going there... They will make it worst, so they can get more money
