My brother admitted hear since 24 to 27th December. Hospital provided better treatment. Positives : 1) Overall nice treatment and good Behaviour of both Experienced Doctors and Nurses. 2) security guards much more helpful. 3) Good canteen facilities and hygiene. 4) It is affordable for the poor. 5) Good church Negatives : 1) In Gate 2 - For those in the pharmacy to treat the elderly a little more politely. 2) Female nurses who bring patients to the ward should also understand and treat the patient's physical condition.

Very poor service. There is no proper communication between staff. COVID testing patients are mixed with other people in the long queue infront of the lab for paying the money. NO SOCIAL DISTANCE at all. It's very pathetic to know that very famous institution doing this.

Staffs are rude. Not willing to help even for admission patients. And also long queue infront of the lab to pay money for COVID test patients. If you don't want to get COVID and other infections better avoid this hospital. Poor management, and poor staff. Service is there only in their motto not in their behaviour.
