I was recommended to visit this hospital and consult Dr. S J Bhuyan. I booked an appointment for myself and visited on the appointment date. Upon getting checked i was asked to visit after ten days with multiple test reports. The tests to be performed took more than 18 days to reach me which was 8 more days as per the doctors advice. So i wished to consult the doctor over the call regarding what should i do within this period of gap(since inter district movement were restricted). It took me multiple calls to the Nursing Home management to get my Doctor's number. Upon calling the he didn't respond well, so understanding that he might be busy, I resorted to drop a message regarding the same. He saw the message and then without any reason blocked the number of his patient. This was quite surprising for me a patient because at times like this we expect a positive response rather than being unheard. I am not sure that this was an event exclusive to me or this a common affair at this place. Based on my personal experience i would never recommend anyone from my peers to visit this place since they offer no support to the patient. I can clearly mention the staff and the doctor as unhelpful, non empathetic and unworthy of such a noble profession. I have attached a screenshot of my message.

Hospital staff are nice but cleaning not upto the mark
They dont pick up calls.... difficult for taking appointment
