I visited the office for medical fitness certificate. Administrative staffs are very cooperative. I got the certificate same day.
Very Bad experience. Poor management done by staff. I was asked to arrive at 10 am, no one was there. They took the documents for 2nd dose of vaccine at 10:30 and asked us to wait. We had to stand for more than 3 hours. Everytime I asked, their response was that the permission for vaccine will be given any moment. No place to stand. Really crowded. Worst experience ever.
Now anyone can apply online for 2 nd dose of Covishield Vaccin in advance. But they are very Slow in response
They are very helpful. One can get fitness certificate easily by going through the proper procedure.
Very very worst. Non cooperation. They are wasting Govt's Money only.
