High consultation charges. Have to wait for doctor even if there was no single patient. It will be Better to prefer government hospitals or any other society funded hospitals instead.

All observations made during Covid second wave. Thank you for saving many lives daily! Below are few suggestions based on my observations. Issues - 1. Patient's Requests Logging & Tracking- Many a times, patients requests reach to wardboy/sisters' ears and they often make an attempt to resolve it once and then forget may be because they are overworked. Patients have to keep remind the wardboy/sisters about their requests again and again. Often it takes more than a day to get a simple thing done. Suggested Resolutions - All wards should be provided a Register and the staff should try to note down request (Patient name, concern in brief, and time only) of every single patient as soon as they receive it. In this manner, the staff can go through the pending items once in a while and requests can be tracked and solved timely. 2. Communication Gaps - There falls a huge gap in communication and thus loss of information whenever there is a shift change. Sometimes the morning shift has information(like a tablet suggested by doctor in afternoon to a patient, but he/she didn't note that in file) in their head only and forget to convey to night shift staff. Suggested Resolutions - Same Solution as of #1 will work here. Whenever there is a shift change, the new shift must go through the backlog register once. 3. No escalation facility for staff - Once I didn't get my afternoon medicines, and the response from staff was "medicines hi nahi ayi". I asked many times, but their response was same. Once I had to ask many times for Nebulization from 5pm as Doctors had suggested for the same. But the staff couldn't manage to get it all day to me and told 'it's being used in emergency , will make you available once freed'. Suggested Resolutions - Some issues are major and out of scope of ward boys/girls. Instead of dissolving such issues by themselves and turning patient down, staff should be able to escalate such issues to management. And must be handled at higher level. Such issues involving poor supply chains, unavailability of resources must be reached to management. 4. CT Scan vendor management - We had to wait for 3 hours in queue at Swastik Imaging Scan to get the CT scan done. We were 4 patients, went from Anantshree in ambulance. This waiting time was a lot since two of the patients had low oxygen level. Hard copies of the report were ready by the vendor by 12 pm next day but neither anyone  from hospital went to collect the reports nor the lab sent to hospital. Still our files have those missing. I hope reports get shared to Doctors over whatsapp as the CT score is a really good indicator to help doctors with examination. Suggested Resolution - 1. Ask the CT scan vendor to give a slot when it's really free may be at opening or closing time. 2. There should be someone responsible to bring reports from the lab. Hope it helps!

Worst hospital specially general ward. Sonography is worst. Staff do not care what you do. Everyone just peep in there smartphones. Nurse have no experience. My 2 days general ward bill is 13,000 rupees. Non specific diagnosis. The are forcing chest X ray for hepatitis. My suggestion for hospital are. For children-rainbow hospital TT nagar For hospitalization-dev mata hospital And best one is - hospitals in Ibrahim pura For cheap and effective treatment.
