Very pathetic service I came here at 10.30 am With my brother and the token number was 20 On pediatrics section.Finally I consulted doctor at 12.45 pm waiting for more than 2 hours. My bother is suffering with fever It's Not a bad response about the doctor It's about management Arrange the doctor's rounds time with clear time table Also in the pharmacy take 45 mintue .staff in pharmacy behave like govt.emplyees Very very poor service Not about doctor's about management

Long waiting at the pharmacy has no change even after automation. The only area needs improvement is pharmacy. Recent developments in parking made bit congestion though the slots increased. Pavement of interlocking bricks are fine but the driveway is uneven and shaky. Some of the stones misplaced. A recent visit showed better developments there. File movement to the pharmacy changed from manual to electronic. Hence delay at the pharmacy reduced a lot. Congrats to the management. Lot of improvements and modifications noticed there. Management is spending money for improving facilities for the patients. Also reduction of OP charges from 100 to 50 is a great move.
