Doctors are Good. But there is no proper procedure or order for OP patients. Oversmart people go first to see doctor and people with priority token wait outside for a long time. OP nurses should take care of this queue system.
This hospital , although having many departments and well known doctors of the region, is a classic example of mismanagement. There are no proper indicators (to find a particular section/doctor), staff' are generally delusional, no proper info and no proper queue. I had booked a scan and have been waiting for hours , in hall with very few chairs and a huge crowd. No idea when and how I could get it done. Covid protocols are just an illusion.
Doctors are good. Nursing and other staff attitude not good.managing things are not organized. Service not good.
I sent a feedback to those email addresses that I could get from the website and fb pages to share my experience in the hospital. Noone acknowledged. Even after requesting for a medium to send feedback via FB, the message was read but ignored.
