In pandemic situations its hard to manage all things in low man power...but still they are working hard... Cleaning is ok...food is great...i have some personal experience where i can say staff who serve in ward should get high respect and appreciation... But management can be better... Navigation about ward could be better... But the covid centers apart from civil hospital are good and doctors are giving proper treatment
Public hospital was a great place to work. The management cared and looked out for the staff. They accommodated personal and work life. The hospital did well with providing opportunities for growth and career advancement. It is very good place to work because everybody work in the funtion of the patient. The workplace culture is good because there was people from different district. Very clean area ... Good Dr. And Nurses staff...
