Recently, I have visited Caritas Hospital as part of my father's treatment. He had to go through angioplasty and he had given very good care through out the process. The entire treatment was seamless. The staffs including all the Medical practitioners were really helpful, courteous and very attentive. A week before I was also admitted for a surgery and I was given a wonderful treatment and care. They ensured I had a very smooth preparation and their follow up was incredible. I would like to thank Caritas Hospital and specially the great Neurologist Dr Joseph Sebastian and his teams.. My Father taking treatment under Dr Joseph Sebastian, I had a very good experience with Dr Joseph Sebastian, all staffs and nurses..The service of dept of neurology is excellent and dental dept is also remarkable... From registration to pharmacy overall service is really good. Hospital offer a very good parking facility. The reception staff also doing a good job. The behavior of laboratory staff needed to be improved, they need to show more empathy towards patients. Overall service is very good. Specially Mr. Febin Mathew and his team is doing really great service, they are very approachable and helped us from the entire process of admission to discharge... I would definitely recommend this facility to all who needs medical treatments..
My wife was under treatment for cancer at Caritas Cancer Institute. We experienced the capacity of the Caritas to treat Cancer. Recently she was again admitted at Caritas for cytoreductive surgery. More than a week were in the hospital is well appreciated the service of the hospital staff, doctors and Nurses in each step. We never felt any kind of difficulties during our stay at the hospital. Well treatment, good facilities, nice behaviours. We saw nurses as angels. Special appreciation to all the doctors and Nurses. You can avail better treatment at a considerable cost at Caritas.
My dad had a stroke in late August (2021) and he was at Caritas hospital for a month. We received such a great care from the staff there. The service was excellent and we are very happy that our dad received such good care. The doctors and nurses were very kind and considerate.
