We are so lucky to have such amazing doctors and all hospital workers were very nice to us especially the supporting staffs and nursing team was very supportive. The best part as my observation is that the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire hospital. You are truly the real heroes of this World. We are so proud of you!
Hospital wise environment is good and appreciated it. . But the process of consultation has to be improved.. As experienced, the consultation was fine, but reviewing the result to the same Dr after having taken the test takes so much time and no slot available for ex-patients on the same day or next day.. Had to wonder about this result and had to consult another Dr to know the result, which is ridiculous... Thanks, won't be coming back for consultation, waste of time and no result...
Better nursing care compare to other hospital in the locality.... Hospital location is remote & 2-3 km away from the nearest state highway.... They have ample space for parking... The service & diagnose test cost are similar or slightly lesser compare to other hospitals in the locality... Admin & management support are good here.... This is a new hospital & the service offered may be for make the hospital more popular..... It will be great if they provide same quality service in future also.....
Excellent nursing support. All the staffs were approachable. Great infrastructure. Neat and clean rooms. Affordable rates. The management could be better. Lack of communication between departments.
We admitted the hospital for a surgery and we had very good experience. The doctors and staff have professional approach. Great infrastructure. The rooms are neat and clean. At the same time there are some long waiting time when we went to see the Anesthetists. Some kind of mis management from staff.Also pharmacy services is not professionally managed.
