Non cooperative staff. No assistance provided. Sensitivity of patient not at all taken care. Rude way of conduct commenced with patient. Not considerate with regards to patient’s health problem. Just because they provide services at moderate prices they take the patient granted. very Ill manner behaviour and menial speech. Uncivilised staff. Need to appoint staff that have manners to talk to older people. Very poor management in the MRI dept specifically. Not recommend.

First of all difficult to find the location from the main road. We are not rajkot locals. Didn't know the exact location. We're referred by Dr. MARU for X-ray for my senior citizen mother. Very rude person picks their phone and is of no help at all. Finally when we reach there the staff is unbelievably rude and casual. When a senior citizen person has come for x-ray of the back region referred by an orthopedic anyone can understand how difficult it would be to move, stand, wait - everything was painful yet the staff acts like they are God's gift to mankind! They have zero understanding, manners or decency! And that's not it. After the x-ray is done they want the person to literally run away from their lab in 2 seconds like usain bolt. I would never go or recommend this lab to anyone. Sadly we were referred here for x-ray by ortho Dr maru from moti tanki chok. I will also request Dr maru to not have tie up with such poor lab as it brings shame to his own name! Thanks take care everyone. Sumit
Sharing my own experience on 12th april 2021. Staff is very rude is they doesn't make u aware of the system and keeps u waiting soo long. If you hve recommendations of someone ur turn will come first others are kept on waiting untill u ask for ur turn.
Very comfortable atmosphere for patients n their relatives. Charges are also convenient. Staff are familiar. Timings for giving reports are satisfactory. Thank you Kothari Laboratory!🙏🏻💐👍🏻
