Worst experience ... Very bad system the hospital has... For vaccination the centre is at emergency ward.. casuality.. not at all hygienic.. even though taking token no punctuality for the doctor... Whole hospital system bad.. nurses r doing their work as per their convenience... Not at all recommended
1) Kerala has so many COVID cases, this hospital is exceptional no protocol no worry, any one can come in, visit, stay. Can see people walking without mask as well. 2) You can't ask doubts to the sisters they get offended. 3) Minimum 3 times you need to call the sisters for any support 4) Doctor asked to discharge, but even after 4 hours no action, if we ask the sisters they would pretend as they are working on our file.
Indhira Gandhi hospital - Canteen few staffs and owner they misbehaved to the patient. According to doctor instructions told me to give patient" kanji and side dish" strictly said don't give pickle, I went to canteen said this , they treated like we can give you only kanji and pickle can't give anything. I told them the patient have pancreas issue doctor told me don't give pickel give side dish something else . They started to threatened me. I said I don't want from here. So went off , so out side autoriksha brothers asked about the incident , they came with me and told them to give the food. So dear people am saying to this for, according to canteen instruction only patient can eat food we can't follow the instructions what doctor suggest. Be ware!!
I have worst experience in terms of the supportive nurse. The bystander of dr. Reshma gynaecologist is bluffing around and making the other to wait just to make the profit. She is not even thinking about the women waiting for so long even after getting the token within 10. She is making us fool and playing her cheap drama and actions to the people favorable for her and asking number 40 and 50 to consult the doc still number 10 and 11 is waiting. Only this kind of cheap people we really don't want to consult the doc and she is spoiling the doc name as well. Worst experience 3 times.
Dr. Abhilash Antony is so rude and insults patiants.He doesn't even listen to the patients propely and insults the patients when we approach him for doubts clarifications.We had visited him multiple times and we had to consult another more knowledgeable and better doctor to cure the illness. His behaviour is pathetic.
