They delay the results and after we got the results now we are yet to receive the bill for the payment we made. I got my test done on May 1st and since following up for receipt. I was admitted in hospital for my delivery and they have no responsibility to give me my receipt as they have charged me 1250/-. How long should I wait? If you're looking for reimbursement these people will never give you the bill, they just want money.. but will never give the bill as they have charged you more.

Horrible service!! The guy who came to collect the sample didn't wear his mask properly! Didnt sanitize his hands on coming home to take the sample and mind you, didn't even wear gloves while taking thr sample, he scribbled my name on the on the sample vile with pen which wouldn't write properly, when asked what if you mix my samples with others, he was like domt worry ma'am, only yours I've collected so far!!! He didn't even pick up thr swab straw and cover, we had to discard it! So much for paying Rs.1400/- . They say we give you results in less than 24 hours, its been more than a 30 hours and I haven't received anything! They have a tie up with my health space which is equally bad! I wish I didn't take this service. I'm worried if the results are even genuine as he didn't get my name right on the sample bottle!! Thry are ruining anand lab reputation!
