1) Clean, good hospitality . 2) Doctor attention was good 3) Booking and scheduling is good 4) Not happy since no Duty Doctor available at 10:30 AM, since everyone was on ward rounds so came back at 14:10 hours. Hence not recommended for emergency service, kindly make a call before coming in case of emergency 5) insurance claim initially Hospital team were hesitant to claim, May be to avoid paper work for minor amount, after further discussion they agreed to claim. 6) Requested for an appointment with Hospital Manager, he ignored the customer call by just saying “Busy now” Note; Hope they will improve on point no 4&5
Well organized hospital.. Staff is also very patient and helpful.. Doctor Girija of the pediatric department is outstanding. She has always been calm and reassuring. She listens and makes decisions with you. My kid is also comfortable with her. Her diagnosis and method of treatment are just excellent
It’s not fake comment… I have lost my father from this hospital 😌😌😌 The hospital prefer to move the patient to ventilator to increase the bill rather than saving them after moving to the ventilator we even don’t know what exactly happens inside, I wish the government can take an action to place a camera inside the ICU of every private hospitals.. We are in 2021 most the places are monitored by cameras. We want to know what exactly they do inside. Now a days it’s all about business The doctors are also greedy (most of them) I suggest everyone not go this hospital better to go any government hospital. You lose money You lose your beloved one
Good and a very professional set up. Low paper usage that's a good thing I feel everything is digitised here. It's a bit expensive compared to other hospitals in kannur. But the doctors are really patient and listen to your problem without just dumping medicines at you. Lots of facilities. Though the report waiting time is a bit too much. Takes days to get reports from the lab or other departments
I got very poor experience, its so lagging for all procedures, today my father got discharged and last half n our we are waiting for the wheelchair.. nurses are providing excellent service but the managing is very poor ..
