This hospital caters to railway employees, both serving and pensioners, primarily of South Eastern Railway. The hospital is neat and clean with good dedicated staff. Although it cannot be compared with big private multi-speciality hospitals, it is way better than other Government hospitals.

Why there is no bengali signage in this hospital. Is GRC outside bengal? Even B.R singh has it , it is very difficult for the old nd poor to understand english nd hindi. SHAME ON SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY !!
Very well responded by the all doctors.As I reached at night ,soon all the doctors visited my mom.They are very dedicated & reasonable. I Appreciate and honour them. Dr.Malohtra and their team are very good.I am thankful to them.
The all contact no. present in the websites all the remain busy,switch off.. Rarely they receive phone calls.. Hospital neglecting the service which need to be provided to the customer/patients. Use those contact no. Only which is available and also have right response from hospital - urge to hospital authority
