The best hospital I have ever come across. I recently had thyroidectomy surgery here. My surgery went really well. I stayed here for 5 days and received the best medical care I can ever expect. The nurses/sisters are also very caring. No matter how many times you call nurses, they come to your help with smile even when they are loaded with work. The hospital was full and I could feel how loaded they were with work. Still they managed to help me each and every time I reached out to them. My room and bathroom was cleaned every morning and evening. Sheets were changed everyday. Every morning and evening someone from management would come to your room to ask for feedback about cleanliness and service. I had nothing to complain about. Every 5 hours my BP was checked and again they would ask if there was any complain or feedback about the service. I have never come across such caring hospital till date. I had comfortable and successful surgery. Thanks to the doctors and nurses.

This hospital is not recommended for middle class people and poor people. Recommended only for rich people. My wife gave a birth in this hospital. we stayed only one night and normal delivery. The bill was 45 thousand😶...if you have a visitor they have restrictions and security also not friendly. I asked more hot water because I have some allergic problem, but staff is laughing and when I ask more water.. I am asking because I am paying...very disappointed 😶
Very poor management to test RT pcr. There is no queue management, poor facility. They will make sure you get tested positive with their social distancing skills.
