Delhivery's service is disgusting as always. I get no number to call on through messenge(like E-Kart), it's necessary because they will never call you to deliver your product, and if they call you by accident, they will refuse to come to your location. I have missed 5 product in last one month because I had no clue on which number to call, on which office to go. And on one occasion, their delivery executive called me to tell me that if I can pick up my product from a particular location before 7AM morning I would get my product. I would give it a -5 ⭐ 👎👎👎
One of the worst courier service. They oftenly cancel order without informing customer.
