I had my baby delivered at a different hospital (preterm delivery) but came to ashwini nicu for admitting my baby due to jaundice as this hospital is near to my home. I had a csection delivery. There is one paedeatrician here who is such a heartless man who is just concerned of selling his baby care products. I was told by the hospital where my baby was born to feed him every 2 to 3 hours to maintain his birth weight. But the nurses made my journey a hell here at ashwini nicu. The doctor also was least concerned and will scold us back if we ask any questions to him. Nurses were extremely harsh with the 1.9 kg baby. Used to tap him hard under his feet to wake him up and used harsh methods to wake a newborn. They also did not allow me to feed him my milk since i was pumping n giving it to him because he could not directly drink being preterm. They wanted him to be formula fed rather than breastfed. At last wen i started crying seeing the condition of my baby n the nurses complained about this to doctor, the doctor told me to take my baby to the hospital where he was born or his life is in danger here. This shook me as a mom of a week old baby and i immedietly took him back to the hospital where he was diagnosed normal upon arrival. Cant really explain the trauma i went through at this hospital. The doc is an arrogant heartless man with a team of unprofessional untrained nurses. I would never recommend this hospital for kids or newborns. Worst doctor must say
Nice care and treatment by Dr. Sathyapal staff behaviour and support is appriatable. Timing of the reports and pharmacy team is really good. Not like before everything changed in to good level Rtpcr and Antigen tests results are too fast and no waiting and ques. Need to improve parking facilities and online payment system there should be an ATM in the compound. I recommend for old age people and pregnant women here ull really feel comfort by their care.
