Very bad service and no one takes responsibility. If you are admitting your elders and if you are not allowed to stay, then no one looks after them and they are left unattended. I would recommend not to get admit here unless it is your last choice
It is a really very good hospital. In real sense they treat patients with humane touch. From ward boy , nursing staff to the doctors , surgeon all are excellent , especially Dr . Prashant Vazirani, cardiologist . His quick medical action saved my life , I salute to their dedication and spirit.

Registry takes long time,no single window system for registration as there are different registration places for different specialists. Though it is a hospital recognized as multispeciality hospital by CGHS, this hospital does not facilitate cashless service to pensioners, though it is one of the facilities extended to Cental Govt Pensioners. This puts pensioners in odd situation on counters. Long waiting period for specialists to come to their chambers. No attendant can surely reply about time of coming of specialist in the chamber.
Very bad service, not giving a perfect time for report 12pm onwards telling dr isn't come ,will come now n now not giving perfect ans, now telling tomorrow wat we hve to do its really not good I don't like
