Came with ma parents for cardiology consultation Doctor consultation was so good, but the staff nurses attitude oVer there was very poor, when she took BP the pressure cuff was loose, I informed her to make it little more tight, for that she shouted me back and told that don’t teach her anything she knows that n l, even when I went doctors chamber She sent another staff to ma mother and Even another staff also spoke very rudely. This s th first time we are getting this much bad experience from Leo Hospitl

Clean,neat and hygienic hospital with a team of good doctors and staff But i had a very bad experience last week. Booked an appointment with a gynecologist for my wife and we’ve got token no.4 They informed us that the doctor starts her consulting after 10 am,so we reached hospital by 10am but sorry to say that the doctor came by 11.20 only ,then i asked the staff about her consultation timing they told its around 11am only Then why did they asked to come by 10 am when the time of booking? Why do others suffer for your miscommunication Few doctors starts consultation by 10 am but not all .why?
If you are taking the booking and giving the token numbers, then please tell the patients the exact time. When we come according to the token then says doctor is in rounds wait until he starts consulting. Really unprofessional and unethical attitude. It’s not at all acceptable as many patients coming from distant areas and waiting for hours 🥵 Look into it and show punctuality 🤬
