Cant see any changes as of now.. There are only words but no action.. The roads are in bad shape.. there is encroachment all over.. the roads are dug up for waterpipeline.. there is no airport, no metro.. the wires hang badly everywhre.. underground work going for months but no progress they really need to pull up their socks
