Worst patient service. Took appointment at 12.30 and I was on time went taking permission from office and also called at 12 30 that to inform I'm coming on time. Waited for 1hr 15 mins no one informed how much time it takes when asked they said patients are waiting and they said first come first serve which they never told in call... If emergency is there we understand that same thing can call before and inform or they can inform when u called before. When I was waiting also no information given... worst management.
BIG hospital is one of finest gastroenterology hospital in bangalore.I specially want to thank Dr Divakar Murthy Sir from my bottom of heart that he Operated me for my gallbladder removal surgery which got ruptured but even after that also he made this surgery very easy and made me that I live a normal life even my gallbladder removed.He is God for me always because I know how I was suffering from this gallbladder stone from past 2 years which got ruptured.I also want to thank Dr. Harish K C sir,Dr. Balakrishana and Dr. Hemanth and all the nursing and staff of BIG who played a key role in my surgery.BIG hospital is one of finest,safest with all advanced technology hospital in bangalore.I always recommend this hospital from bottom of my heart because they have given a new life to me.
The doctor did not even try to understand my concern. He wasn't paying any attention to what I was saying. He suggested some basic medicines which were very unhelpful. Even his diagnosis of my issue was unhelpful as he just kept repeating whatever I was saying. He was unprofessional and wasn't even wearing a mask.
The worst hospital ever, my father was admitted for COVID. He was there for 2 days and did not receive any treatment whatsoever. Many patients were put in a room, only one Dr. Was there to handle COVID patients. The nurses just used to bring the tablets and left the medication on the beds. Most of the patients around him did not know the dosages to be taken. My father being a veterinarian himself could understand that no protocol was being followed. With great difficulty we found a bed in a good hospital where he recovered by the the grace of Almighty. We are really glad we took our father from there at the right time.
I would like to thank all doctors today in the doctors day. Particular thanks to Dr Diwakar and Dr Madhu MP for saving my life in 2018. Thank you🌹🙏
