Very good facilities and affordable for middle class. The doctors are humble with nurses and setup for various departments including outdoor patient department. The nurses are well trained and polite with patient.
Very neat and clean with all modern facilities.. Specially hospital cleanliness is a just perfect. However for opd it take so much time to clear a patients probably due to covid situations they might be cleaning and then calling next patient in for examination.. So all and lal good hospital..
This hospital is one of the very few places in our country where one can get the absolute best treatment at a very moderate cost. I was admitted here with severe breathing trouble due to Covid 19 infection. There was a stage where I was unsure if I will survive. However, the treatment I received here is amazing to say the least. I owe my life to the doctors, nurses and staff who have worked tirelessly to nurse me back to health. The staff and doctors are absolutely humble and are honestly committed to heal their patients. I have been to other hospitals and nowhere else have I seen the commitment and honesty that the staff and doctors have here in Calcutta Heart Clinic. Their treatment protocol, caring attitude, behaviour, cleanliness, food and their dedication to the needs of the patient is absolutely legendary and heart-warming. A big thumbs up and my very best wishes to everyone related to this hospital.
doctors are good except them everything is poor especially the management and security personnel behave like we are entering in army camp. No information available about patient and no daily medicine has been given to the patient. Totally unprofessional behavior of staffs and the ward is not even clean though.They pushed my well aged mother though. I also want to write a complaint on the local police station against the security
