RECEPTION IS VERY GOOD
Came here after years, this lady at the reception was so helpful. Really liked it. Hospital really has improved a lot, entry is now taken according to the given token no., Hospital is very well lit up, everything looks very well managed. Hospital staff is dedicated to their job, cleanliness is commendable considering the amount of people that come & go every minute. They've put a monitor near the reception where you can see the status of every doctor in real time. Please see the attached photos.
A very very bad hospital, prefer state government hospital and dispensary. Some Doctors having a high attitude never listen there patients. Behaviour is very cruel. Railway hospitals in other city like in Gangapur city, Vadodara, Delhi, Ajmer and many other cities far better from this hospital. In other cities or in state government hospitals/dispensary they listen there patients(Behaviour is too good there compare to here). Too complicated system for transfer patients to test(which are not done here like sonography) to other hospitals. Few many things are updated now like token system. There is a parking space where incharge of that place, charge high and didn't get enter in the hospital, free parking also point of concern because this is a public place not a private property.
Good
Hospital is so broad as it is single floor building all solar panels are on the roof of hospital. Hospital is equipped with most of equipments.. All facilities available for patients like emergency ward, first Aid, x ray, operation theatre. Different ward for Male patients and female patients But ICU is common for both. Hospital looks old but also maintained good. But most problem you'll face here is about washrooms that are so stinky and you don't want to go inside. But overall its average hospital as it offers good service for railway empolyees.
